Ivy was our new Plecostomus, She was beautiful and swam around mentally when our voices vibrated on her travel bag. We were advised by many employees of Pets at Home that it would be fine to be put in with a Blue Crayfish (Claws) even a “Fish Expert” advised us on the right kind that was clearly no use!
Sadly Ivy didn’t make it past
the day and we were both beside ourselves with shock and grief that it had
happened. More so because we triple checked!
We did go back the next day
and share our upset and concern at their advice. Sadly the “Fish Expert” wasn’t
there at the time but we got an apology and well what more could they do?
Apparently the employee would have had “words” but what’s that to us now? Peh.
We gave her a worthy send off.
