My Matthew turns 24! And his has seen his fabulous cake come together a few days before and he really cant wait any longer or pace around it. Today's the day he gets to dive in!
We do the usual Christmas type thing and do all the presents in the morning. He got his new Vans from me, a crate of Coors Light from Penguin & Simon, a Speed Demon top from his brother Adam, his youngest brother Sam got him a Muppet's top and his parents got him lots of Marvel and DC socks and his Injustice game for his PS3. He was a very happy spoilt panda!
His family came around for a BBQ which ended up inside and not on the newly finished decking as it was raining but it was still sooo delicious and no one complained. It did make a rather tasty breakfast too!
I was really worried about dropping his cake as i brought it in to him as it was really heavy and so wide! It made it in one piece and every one loved their piece. Matt got the Thor hammer as it was the only chocolate piece and he ate it the only way he could! By chopping right into it! All the silver fondant paint got all over his lips and he did look a bit groovy!
The one thing he really wanted to do was to chill with his friends for a bit so we all went up to the Warren park for a kick around. It chucked it down for a bit a few times by they played on. Me and Penguin went for a bear hunt in the woods when it was really bad so we didn't get too drenched! But that all fell apart when we went to play in the park and dry the swings and slide with our own arses!!! It was hilarious fun and we got some great group photos before we all got too wet and soggy!
